Start your Sunday with a mellow and meditative morning in the mine.
Join beloved Creede yoga instructor Jo Johnson for a calming, grounding yoga practice held inside the naturally resonant Community Center Cave. This special session is elevated by the ethereal voice of soprano Amy Owens, who will offer improvised vocal soundscapes throughout the practice—assisted by singing bowls and resonant drone-like instruments that enhance the cave’s natural acoustics.
All levels welcome. Please bring your own mat or towel.
