Bring a song, bring a friend, or just bring your ears—CMAC’s brand-new Monthly Song Swap series kicks off this summer!
Think open mic meets front porch jam session: we’ll sit in a circle, passing the spotlight around one tune at a time. Share an original, cover a classic, join in if you know the chords, or just soak it all in. Whether you're a seasoned songwriter, a casual strummer, or someone who just loves live music, there’s a seat in the circle for you.
CMAC will have a few mics, a piano/keyboard, and a variety of stringed instruments on hand for those who want to gently plug in or join the fun spontaneously. The atmosphere is relaxed, collaborative, and rooted in acoustic-style sharing.
All styles and experience levels welcome.
Free and open to the public—donations are always appreciated.
RSVPs encouraged—it helps us plan the setup and make sure there’s room in the circle!
BYOB, and feel free to bring a snack to share if the spirit moves you.
